By installing and using N8N Insider ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Lead Gen Jay ("we", "our", or "us").
2. Description of Service
N8N Insider is a Chrome browser extension that provides AI-powered assistance for building and debugging n8n workflows. The Extension integrates with OpenRouter for AI capabilities and connects to your n8n instance to help you create and modify workflows.
3. User Responsibilities
API Key Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your API keys (OpenRouter and n8n). We recommend using API keys with appropriate permissions and rotating them regularly.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Extension to create workflows that violate any applicable laws or regulations, or to process data without proper authorization.
Third-Party Services
Your use of OpenRouter and n8n through this Extension is subject to their respective terms of service and usage policies. You are responsible for compliance with those terms.
4. Intellectual Property
The Extension and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lead Gen Jay and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any workflows or content you create using the Extension.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. AI-GENERATED SUGGESTIONS MAY NOT ALWAYS BE ACCURATE AND SHOULD BE REVIEWED BEFORE IMPLEMENTATION.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAD GEN JAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lead Gen Jay from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms.
8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Extension for users who violate these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
